The purchase of a package does not secure daycare reservations. If you have questions about daycare availability, please inquire with staff before purchasing a package. All packages expire 180 days after purchase. Any credits not used within 180 days of purchase will be lost after expiration. Packages are non-refundable.

all guests require proof of the following up-to-date vaccinations – before the first day!

DHU east: 7 days a week 7:00am – 6:30pm
DHU downtown & campus: M-F 6:30am – 6:30pm
on your pup’s first day in daycare, we ask that you arrive with your dog on a leash and wearing a quick-release collar or harness. please bring with you any paperwork you haven’t yet provided (such as evidence of current vaccinations and negative fecal exam) and food if you would like your dog to eat a lunch.
we strongly prefer that new dogs arrive before 7:30am at our downtown & campus locations, or before 8:30am at our east location.
we can administer topical and oral medications during daycare. please bring medication labeled with the type, dose, and dog’s name.
we find that having at least one rest period during the day helps keep dogs calm so they can play successfully when they are with their friends. although the exact schedule varies by location, all daycare dogs have a chance to rest in portable kennels in between periods of play. during playtime, dogs are grouped with others whose play styles and energy levels mesh well. dogs have frequent opportunities to potty outside in a fenced-in area.
dogs showing symptoms of kennel cough (sneezing, coughing, being extra tired, or experiencing nasal discharge) should be kept at home for rest. if your vet has diagnosed kennel cough, please keep your dog at home for approximately 7 days.
reservations should be canceled prior to 6:30pm the night before to avoid a late cancelation charge for the day of daycare. if you or your dog is sick, we appreciate notice as early as possible, and will waive the late cancellation charge.
a late pick-up fee will be charged when dogs are not picked up from daycare by closing time at 6:30pm. any dog remaining at the facility at 7pm will be boarded overnight at DHU east; pet taxi and boarding fees will apply.
puppies need to be at least 10 weeks old before attending daycare but do not need the rabies vaccination until 16 weeks.
adult dogs generally must be spayed or neutered, but we will consider written recommendations from veterinarians for dogs 6-12 months old. you may be asked to pause daycare to ensure good playgroup behavior by your dog and the other dogs.
females in heat may not attend daycare.
