boarding hours: 7 days a week 8:00am – 6:00pm
When you arrive, we ask that you make sure you have a few extra minutes to discuss your dog’s health and behavioral history with us.
we encourage drop-off before 1pm when possible to allow guests time to settle in and, if applicable, participate in the day’s enrichment activities before evening rest time.
please bring food from home in meal-sized portions. you can bring an extra portion or two in case your pick-up time is delayed, but please don’t bring large quantities beyond what is needed for the stay.
please bring medication labeled with the type, dose, and your dog’s name. (bringing it in the original prescription container is great!) We can administer medications between 6:30am and 7pm. if your dog needs subcutaneous injections or medications administered overnight, please contact us to discuss these needs before making a reservation.
you are welcome to bring a small toy, stuffed animal, or old t-shirt to make your dogs stay more enjoyable. all items should be clearly labeled with your dog’s name.

please note that some dogs chew or tear items more often in a boarding facility; any item left with your dog may be returned with significant wear/damage.
Dogs staying in any Suite are eligible for either group play (like a typical daycare day) or individual enrichment sessions. The opportunity for group play depends on our judgment of your dog’s temperament, social experience, and the current group dynamics. You may choose to opt out of group play in favor of enrichment sessions – just let us know when you make your reservation or at drop-off.
dogs showing symptoms of kennel cough (sneezing, coughing, being extra tired, or experiencing nasal discharge) should be kept at home to prevent the spread to other dogs.
if your dog is being treated for parasites, please contact us ahead of your reservation to discuss whether we are able to accommodate you. we will do our best, but may not be able to provide the extra precautions necessary when we are at peak occupancy.
deposits are required to hold reservations. when we are at peak occupancy, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you have not paid the deposit.
reservations should be canceled prior to 8am the morning before your reservation, or prior to 8am 7 days before your reservation if it includes a peak date, to avoid a forfeit deposit. if you or your dog is sick, we appreciate notice as early as possible, and will refund any paid deposit.
